I support academic and research departments in a university environment through asset tracking, maintenance coordination, vendor communication, access control, and daily operational support.

My background combines hands-on facilities operations with Information Systems training. I enjoy improving messy processes by organizing data, identifying patterns, documenting workflows, and building tools that make decisions easier.
